Andy Grammer’s “Smoke Clears” and Secondhand Serenade’s “Lost” officially join the Top 40 on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

“Smoke Clears,” which was below last week’s chart at #67, enters the Hot AC listing at #39. It received 221 spins during the November 5-11 tracking period.

This week’s count tops last week’s mark by a healthy 192 spins.

Up one place from last week’s ranking, “Lost” enters the Top 40 at #40. It posted a tracking period play count of 219, besting last week’s mark by 56 spins.
