Taylor Swift’s “Call It What You Want” Reaches #1 On US iTunes Sales Chart

Taylor Swift’s new song has unsurprisingly reached #1 on the US iTunes sales chart.

Friday begins with news of the highly expected variety.

Taylor Swift’s “Call It What You Want,” which launched at 12AM ET Friday, reached #1 on the US iTunes sales chart later in the morning.

It holds that #1 position as of press time at 9:45AM ET (a separate version of the track is also positioned at #16).

“Call It What You Want” is the fourth track released from Swift’s forthcoming “reputation,” and it is the fourth to hit #1 on iTunes.

If it can rank as the best-selling song for the entire November 3-9 tracking week, it will become Swift’s fifteenth #1 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart.

That would be a new record; she and Rihanna currently share the record with 14 such chart-toppers.

That list of 14 includes fellow “reputation” tracks “Look What You Made Me Do,” “…Ready For It?” and “Gorgeous.”
