Ratings: NBC’s “This Is Us” Down But Still Strong Against World Series

“This Is Us” was the night’s #1 non-sports program in adults 18-49.

Facing competition from game one of the World Series, NBC’s “This Is Us” endured slight week-over-week losses in adults 18-49 and overall viewers.

Its numbers were still quite strong.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “This Is Us” drew a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 10.47 million overall viewers.

The numbers narrowly trail the 2.9 rating and 10.65 million viewer mark drawn by last week’s broadcast.

“This Is Us” still convincingly ranked as the night’s #1 non-sports program in adults 18-49 It trailed only “NCIS” and “Bull” as the #3 non-sports program in viewers.

— NBC led into “This Is Us” with “The Voice” (1.9, 9.52 million this week vs. 2.2, 10.03 million last week). It led out of “This Is Us” with “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders” (1.1, 4.81 million this week vs. 1.0, 4.36 million last week).
