Liam Payne’s “Bedroom Floor” Scored Opening Day Pop Radio Airplay In Sacramento, NY, More

Numerous pop stations have begun playing Liam Payne’s new single “Bedroom Floor.”

Liam Payne’s new single “Bedroom Floor,” which launched late Thursday/early Friday, has begun to receive support at pop radio.

According to Mediabase, Sacramento’s 106.5 The End had played “Bedroom Floor” 9 times by the close of Friday.

New York’s 92.3 AMP, the second-biggest supporter thus far, had offered 6 spins through Friday.

SiriusXM Hits 1, Chattanooga’s 103.7 KISS, Nashville’s 107.5 The River, San Francisco’s WiLD 94.9, Boston’s 103.3 AMP, and Orlando’s XL106.7 each contributed three spins.

Several other stations had played the song at least once or twice by the close of its first full day in the market.

“Bedroom Floor” will officially impact pop radio in conjunction with the October 24 add board. It is the follow-up to Payne’s “Strip That Down (featuring Quavo),” which went Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached #1 at pop radio.

“Strip That Down” is still receiving ample support at the pop format; it will likely be #4 on this week’s Mediabase airplay chart.
