With several albums performing similarly, it is too early to predict which will take #1 on the weekly Billboard Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.
We can, however, reveal that NF’s “Perception” will post solid first week numbers.
Based on opening day data, Hits Daily Double projects NF’s “Perception” to sell 28-32,000 pure US copies this week.
With TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) included, “Perception” should debut with about 38-43,000 in total US consumption units.
The figures will allow for prominent bows on the Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts, but it is too early to know if they will be enough for #1.
Along with “Perception,” Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ “Greatest Hits” collection, Lil Uzi Vert’s “Luv Is Rage 2,” the deluxe edition of Kane Brown’s self-titled album, Lil Pump’s self-titled album, and Post Malone’s “Stoney” all seem to have a shot at #1 on the Billboard 200 consumption listing.
“Perception,” Marilyn Manson’s “Heaven Upside Down,” and the Petty and Brown albums are all in the mix for #1 on Top Album Sales.
