As it heads for a third week atop the urban radio chart, Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” is poised to reach #1 on the Mediabase rhythmic chart.
“Bodak Yellow” received 4,105 spins during the first five days of the September 17-23 tracking week. Up 3.8% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Bodak Yellow” at #1 on Mediabase’s building chart.
The song faces no imminent threat from below — and should thus have no trouble retaining its #1 position through the close of tracking.
“Bodak Yellow” will seize the throne from Kendrick Lamar’s “LOYALTY. (featuring Rihanna),” which is set to drop to #3 after a single week on top.
