Ratings: “Life Of Kylie” Drops Again Despite No “Game Of Thrones,” Video Music Awards

“Game Of Thrones” was, evidently, not the sole reason for the soft “Life Of Kylie” ratings.

E!’s “Life Of Kylie” has been an underwhelming ratings performer since premiering in early August, but it did have a logical excuse.

It aired against HBO’s hit series “Game Of Thrones.” Last week’s episode, moreover, had the added challenge of facing the similarly skewing MTV Video Music Awards in addition to the “Game Of Thrones” season finale.

This week’s episode did not face such daunting competition. It would not have been unreasonable, therefore, to expect a week-over-week ratings increase.

It would have been incorrect, however.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Sunday’s “Life Of Kylie” drew a 0.27 adults 18-49 rating and 0.58 million overall viewers. The numbers trail the 0.32 rating and 0.67 million viewer mark drawn last week.

From a live+same-day standpoint, this week’s “Life Of Kylie” was the lowest-rated and least-watched yet.

— E!’s Sunday night lineup also included “WAGS: Miami.” It, too, endured week-over-week declines.

After posting a 0.15 adults 18-49 rating and 0.33 million viewers opposite last week’s VMAs (and “Game Of Thrones” in the first twenty minutes), “WAGS” fell to a 0.13 and 0.29 million viewers this week.
