Cheat Codes’ “No Promises (featuring Demi Lovato)” is receiving glowing feedback from pop radio listeners.
Those listeners, consequently, will likely be happy with this bit of news: the song is set to reach the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.
“No Promises” received 7,104 spins during the first six days of the August 19-25 tracking week. Up 7.6% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “No Promises” in a tie for #10 on Mediabase’s building chart.
Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” also received 7,104 spins during the aforementioned six-day window.
As it has the clear momentum advantage, “No Promises” is favored to break that tie — and take the lead — by the close of tracking. Whereas it is up 7.6% from last week’s mark, “Body Like A Back Road” is down 4.4%.
“No Promises” will be the first Top 10 hit for Cheat Codes. It will be Lovato’s seventh.
