Florida Georgia Line’s “Smooth” Ranks As Country Radio’s Most Added Song

“Smooth” earns the top spot on this week’s country radio add board.

Three songs impacted country radio this week, and all received reasonably warm welcomes.

Florida Georgia Line’s “Smooth” received the warmest welcome.

Picked up by 47 Mediabase-monitored country stations, “Smooth” ranks as the format’s most added song.

Chase Rice’s “Three Chords & The Truth” and Zac Brown Band’s “Roots,” which also impacted this week, each won support from 42 stations. They tie for second place.

Thomas Rhett’s “Unforgettable” ranks as fourth-most added with 26 pickups, while an add count of 19 yields a fifth-place position for Brantley Gilbert’s “The Ones That Like Me.”

This week’s other notable country radio options: Little Big Town’s “When Someone Stops Loving You” (16 adds, 6th-most), Walker Hayes’ “You Broke Up With Me” (10 adds, 7th-most), Chris Stapleton’s “Broken Halos” (9 adds, 8th-most), Brett Eldredge’s “The Long Way” (8 adds, 9th-most), Brett Young’s “Like I Loved You” (7 adds, 10th-most, tie), and Chris Young’s “Losing Sleep” (7 adds, 10th-most, tie).
