Making good on projections, Jay-Z’s “4:44” spends a second week at #1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.
It tops the former thanks to what Billboard reports as 61K in pure US album sales for the July 14-20 tracking week.
With TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) included, “4:44” generated 87K in tracking week consumption units. That figure is enough for a second stint at #1 on the Billboard 200.
Credited with 56K units, Kendrick Lamar’s enduring “DAMN.” rises one place to #2 on the Billboard 200. French Montana’s new “Jungle Rules” debuts at #3 with 52K units (16K from pure sales), while DJ Khaled’s “Grateful” holds at #4 with 43K units.
Down three places, 21 Savage’s “Issa Album” takes #5 in its second week. It generated 40K units this week.
