Kesha’s “Praying,” Katy Perry’s “Save As Draft” Tie For Most Added At Hot AC Radio (Update)

“Praying” ties for the most added honor — one week ahead of its official impact.

Update: Late revisions have been made to this week’s hot adult contemporary radio add report.

It originally appeared that Kesha’s “Praying” outright ranked as the format’s most added song. It actually shares that honor this week — it and Katy Perry’s “Save As Draft” each landed at 16 Mediabase-monitored Hot AC stations.

“Praying,” it should be noted, does not officially impact radio until next week.

Picked up by 8 stations, Andy Grammer’s “Give Love (featuring LunchMoney Lewis)” ranks as third-most added. Halsey’s “Now Or Never,” which landed at 7 new stations, follows in fourth place.

Each added by 6 stations, Bruno Mars’ “Versace On The Floor,” Clean Bandit’s “Symphony (featuring Zara Larsson),” Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber),” Portugal. The Man’s “Feel It Still,” and Robin Schulz’ “OK (featuring James Blunt)” tie for fifth.

Fitz And The Tantrums’ “Fool,” James Arthur’s “Can I Be Him,” and The Revivalists’ “Wish I Knew You,” which each landed at 5 stations, tie for tenth.

Kesha’s new single “Praying” does not officially impact hot adult contemporary radio until next week, but it received a solid amount of support this week.

Picked up by 14 Mediabase-monitored Hot AC stations this week, “Praying” ranks as the format’s most added song.

Katy Perry’s “Save As Draft,” which landed at another 12 stations, takes second place on the add board.

Each added by 6 stations, Clean Bandit’s “Symphony (featuring Zara Larsson)” and Portugal. The Man’s “Feel It Still” tie for third.

Fitz and The Tantrums’ “Fool” and James Arthur’s “Can I Be Him” follow in a tie for fifth-most added; each landed at 5 new stations.

Five songs tie for seventh place; Bruno Mars’ “Versace On The Floor,” Halsey’s “Now Or Never,” Rita Ora’s “Your Song,” Robin Schulz’ “OK (featuring James Blunt),” and The Revivalists’ “Wish I Knew You” each won support from 4 Hot AC stations this week.
