Selena Gomez’ “Bad Liar” Receives Weak Pop Radio Callout Scores

“Bad Liar” is not scoring well with pop radio listeners.

Selena Gomez’ “Bad Liar” finally shows up in a weekly Mediabase/Critical Mass Media pop radio callout report, and its numbers are not good.

“Bad Liar” is one of the worst-scoring songs for positive reaction, negative reaction, net positive reaction and
“favorite” rating.

Per the report, which is based on a survey of pop radio listeners, “Bad Liar” received a “positive” score from 51.3% of listeners. A substantial 28.8% gave it a negative rating, yielding a “net positive” score of just 22.5%.

Only 12.9% labeled it a “favorite.”

Of the 18 songs featured in this week’s report, “Bad Liar” has the lowest positive and net positive scores, second-highest (worst) negative score and second-lowest favorite score.

Only Harry Styles’ “Sign Of The Times” received a worse negative score. Only Shawn Mendes’ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” has a lower favorite rating.

“Bad Liar” is #14 on Mediabase’s building pop airplay chart for the June 25-July 1 tracking week.
