Update On US iTunes, Spotify Positions For Selena Gomez, Liam Payne, Camila Cabello, Katy Perry Singles

How are “Bad Liar,” “Strip That Down,” “Crying In The Club,” and “Swish Swish” currently positioned on iTunes and Spotify?

It has been about a week-and-a-half since the new Selena Gomez, Liam Payne, Camila Cabello and Katy Perry songs officially launched, and it feels a great time to look at their positions on the US iTunes and Spotify charts.

While it was the slowest performer out of the gate (it was the only one not to reach the Top 10 in its first weekend), Perry’s “Swish Swish (featuring Nicki Minaj)” now holds the best position on the US iTunes sales chart.

It is currently #47 on the listing.

Gomez’ “Bad Liar” is currently positioned at #55, while Payne’s “Strip That Down (featuring Quavo)” is #62. Cabello’s “Crying In The Club” is #114.

Cabello, it should be noted, also launched a second song last weekend. “I Have Questions,” that song, is #242 on the US iTunes chart. “I Have Questions” is not a radio single, but a portion of the song is included in the video (and was included in her BBMA performance) for “Crying In The Club.”

While Perry’s tune holds the best position on iTunes, it is the lowest-ranked of the four radio singles on Spotify (to its credit, it also has the worst playlist positioning). “Swish Swish” is currently #74 on the daily US Spotify chart.

“Bad Liar” leads the way at #28, while “Strip That Down” and “Crying In The Club” follow at #44 and #61, respectively.

The songs are all receiving hefty out-of-the-gate support at radio. “Crying In The Club,” “Strip That Down,” and “Swish Swish” entered the Top 40 this past week, while “Bad Liar” moved into the Top 30.
