Halsey’s “Now Or Never” Heading Top 20 At Pop Radio

Halsey’s new single is quickly climbing the pop radio airplay chart.

Halsey’s “Now Or Never” is only in its third week on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart, and it is already headed for the Top 20.

The lead “hopeless fountain kingdom” single received 2,834 spins during the first five days of the April 16-22 tracking week. Up 54.9% from the count at this point last week, “Now Or Never” is #18 on the Mediabase building chart.

At worse, “Now Or Never” faces one imminent threat from below; KYLE’s building #19 “iSpy (featuring Lil Yachty)” is only three spins behind (2831, +16.2%). It should thus have no trouble retaining its Top 20 status through the close of tracking.

In reaching the Top 20, “Now Or Never” will officially become Halsey’s highest-charting hit as a lead artist. She spent 10 weeks at #1 as a featured artist on The Chainsmokers’ “Closer,” but her highest-charting solo single was the #25-peaking “New Americana.”
