Based on studio estimates, newcomer “The Boss Baby” takes #1 on this week’s US Weekend Box Office chart.

“Beauty,” which will boast a cumulative total of $395.5 million, spent the past two weekends as a dominant #1.

New release “Ghost In The Shell” takes #3 on this weekend’s chart; it grossed $19.0 million in its first three days.

“Saban’s Power Rangers” falls two spots to #4 with $14.5 million (cume now $65.1 million), while “Kong: Skull Island” drops two spots to #3 with $8.8 million (cume now $147.8 million).

— “The Boss Baby” and “Ghost In The Shell” were the only new wide releases this week. They are not, however, theb only newcomers in the Top 10.

“The Zookeeper’s Wife,” which launched on 541 screens, takes #10 with $3.3 million. Its per-screen average of $6.2K is third among films in the Top 10; only “Boss” and “Beauty” posted higher averages.
