Ratings: “Dancing With The Stars” Falls, But Keeps Pace With Past Two Seasons

While not as strong as last week’s premiere, Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars” was on par with the second episodes of the past two seasons.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s episode drew a 1.7 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 10.98 million viewers. The numbers trail the 2.1 rating and 12.09 million viewer mark garnered by last week’s episode, but week two drops are not uncommon for “Dancing.”

The second episode of the fall 2016 season drew a 1.7 rating and 10.71 million viewers (down from a 2.1 and 12.19 million for the premiere). The second episode of the spring 2016 season drew a 1.7 rating and 11.97 million viewers (down from a 1.8 and 12.46 million for the premiere).

“Dancing With The Stars” trailed “The Voice” as Monday’s #2 show in the adults 18-49 demographic. It was #1 in average viewership.

“Dancing” led into “Quantico,” which drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating and 3.45 million viewers this week. They top the 0.7 and 3.31 million mark garnered by last week’s episode, although it’s possible this week’s figures will be adjusted down in the final report (since they account for a slight “DWTS” overlap).
