Ed Sheeran Songs Again Dominate UK Singles Chart; Martin Jensen Jumps Into Top 15

Ed Sheeran’s “Divide” maintains its dominant presence on the Official UK Singles chart.

Nine songs from the album hold Top 10 positions this week. None of the sixteen tracks is outside the Top 30.

Lead single “Shape Of You” remains the hottest song from the album — and in the entire nation. It spends a tenth week at #1.

“Galway Girl” holds at #2, while “Castle On The Hill” is unmoved at #3. The Chainsmokers & Coldplay’s “Something Just Like This,” the only non-Sheeran track in the Top 10, rises three spots to #4.

Down one place from last week, Sheeran’s “Perfect” grabs #5 this week.

Other notables in this week’s Top 40:
— Martin Jensen’s “Solo Dance” rockets thirteen spots to #12.
— Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” climbs fifteen spots to #23.
— Julia Michaels’ “Issues climbs eight spots to #36.
— Steps’ “Scared Of The Dark,” the top debut, takes #37.
