It wasn’t as potent as the Monday and Tuesday episodes, but the special Thursday edition of “The Voice” easily won the night in adults 18-49 and total viewership.
According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Thursday’s “The Voice” drew a 2.3 adults 18-49 rating and 10.64 million total viewers. The numbers convincingly rank as the night’s best.
NBC, in fact, won all three primetime hours Thursday night. Buoyed by the stronger lead-in, “Chicago Med” (1.7, 8.77 million) delivered a season high performance in the 9PM hour. It was the night’s #2 program behind “The Voice.”
The stronger “Chicago Med” lead-in support helped “The Blacklist: Redemption” improve upon last week’s premiere numbers (and win 10PM). It drew a 1.0 rating and 4.73 million total viewers this week, besting the 0.8 rating and 4.26 million viewer mark drawn last week.
