Up six places, “Rockabye” takes #23 on the strength of its 1,084 tracking period plays (+130).
“Dancing On My Own,” which received 1,075 spins during the February 19-25 tracking week (+33), rises three spots to #24.
Also up three spots, “All Time Low” takes #25 on this week’s listing. It posted a weekly spin count of 969, which trails last week’s mark by 3 plays.
