Grammys: “Humble And Kind” Named Best Country Song; Sturgill Simpson Earns Best Country Album Trophy

Sunday afternoon’s Grammy Awards pre-show ceremony revealed the year’s winners for Best Country Song and Best Country Album.

Tim McGraw’s “Humble And Kind,” written solely by Lori McKenna, took home the former prize. Sturgill Simpson’s “A Sailor’s Guide To Earth” won the album award.

Other nominated songs included “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “Vice,” “Die A Happy Man,” and “My Church.”

“Big Day In A Small Town,” “Full Circle,” “Hero,” and “RipCORD” were the other album nominees.

Tim McGraw will be presenting during Sunday night’s ceremony; Sturgill Simpson will be performing.
