Grammys: David Bowie Wins For Best Rock Performance, Megadeth For Best Metal Performance

The late David Bowie has won his first performance award at the Grammys.

During Sunday’s pre-show, Bowie was awarded Best Rock Performance for his work on “Blackstar.”

Megadeth, meanwhile, took home the Best Metal Performance for the band’s work on “Dystopia.”

Other Rock Performance nominees included “Joe,” “Don’t Hurt Yourself,” “The Sound Of Silence,” and “Heathens.”

Other Metal Performance nominees included “Shock Me,” “Silvera,” “Rotting In Vain,” and “The Price Is Wrong.”
