His album “A Sailor’s Guide To Earth” is up for Album Of The Year at Sunday’s Grammy Awards.
Sturgill Simpson will also be taking the stage at “Music’s Biggest Night.”
He prepared for his performance during a rehearsal session Friday. The Dap-Kings, who contributed to numerous tracks on Simpson’s album, participated in the rehearsal — and will presumably be joining Simpson during Sunday’s performance.
To be hosted by James Corden, the 59th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony begins at 8PM ET/5PM PT this Sunday.
