Missio’s “Middle Fingers” Earns Most Added Honor At Alternative Radio

Alternative radio programmers did not give the middle finger to Missio’s new “Middle Fingers.” The single tops this week’s add board.

“Middle Fingers” was picked up by 18 Mediabase-monitored alternative stations this week. The count gives the Missio single the edge over Bastille’s “Blame,” which takes second on the strength of its 15 adds.

Marian Hill’s “Down” lands in third place with 9 pickups, while an add count of 7 positions The Head And The Heart’s “Rhythm & Blues” as the week’s fourth-most added song.

Credited with 6 adds each, Cage The Elephant’s “Cold Cold Cold,” Lower Than Atlantis’ “Had Enough” and Young The Giant’s “Silvertongue” tie for fifth-most added.

This week’s other notable alternative radio options: The Revivalists’ “Wish I Knew” (5 adds, 8th-most), Mondo Cozmo’s “Shine” (4 adds, 9th-most, tie), The Heydaze’s “Hurt Like Hell” (4 adds, 9th-most, tie), The Strumbellas’ “Young & Wild” (4 adds, 9th-most, tie), and twenty one pilots’ “Heavydirtysoul” (4 adds, 9th-most, tie).
