Dove Cameron [Descendants]
Featured in a key “Descendants” scene, Dove Cameron’s ballad “If Only” has been a fan favorite (and strong Vevo/YouTube performer) since the movie premiered last summer.
As the prospect of reaching 100 million views became imminent, fans of Dove Cameron and “Descendants” made a concerted effort to achieve the milestone.
Late Christmas night, the effort paid off. “If Only” crossed the 100 million view mark. As of press time at 12:35AM ET, its official Vevo view count is 100,002,649.
It follows “Rotten To The Core” in becoming the second “Descendants” video (and second Disney Music video) to achieve the 100 million view milestone — and become “Vevo certified.”
“Rotten To The Core,” which features Cameron and her “Descendants” co-stars Booboo Stewart, Sofia Carson and Cameron Boyce, actually crossed the 200 million mark earlier this year.
Cameron also appears in Disney Music’s #3 (her “Genie In A Bottle” cover) and #4 (“Set It Off” from “Descendants”) Vevo videos.
