Ratings: “The Vampire Diaries,” “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” Hold In Demo, Fall In Viewership

Positioned against game three of the World Series, Friday’s editions of “The Vampire Diaries” and “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” matched last week’s season premieres in adults 18-49.

The CW’s dramas did, however, suffer losses in total live+same-day viewership.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Friday’s “TVD” drew a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating and 0.92 million total viewers. Last week’s episode drew the same 0.4 rating but reached 0.98 million total L+SD viewers.

Lead-out “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” followed with a 0.2 and 0.48 million total viewers this week. Last week’s second season premiere posted a 0.2 rating and 0.53 million in total viewership.

This week’s viewership figure represents a new low for “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.”
