Lady Gaga’s “Joanne” is set to rank as the week’s best-selling album in the US.
It is not, however, the only notable new release.
New albums from Michael Buble, KoRn, Chris Tomlin, Pentatonix, I Prevail, The Pretty Reckless, and Leonard Cohen also entered the market.
According to Hits Daily Double, Buble’s “Nobody But Me” should sell 80-85,000 pure US copies during the October 21-27 tracking week.
KoRn’s new “The Serenity Of Suffering” is projected to move 40-45,000 pure US albums this week, while Pentatonix’s “A Pentatonix Christmas” should sell 23-28,000.
Hits projects the same 23-28,000 in pure sales for Chris Tomlin’s “Never Lose Sight.”
I Prevail’s “Lifelines” and The Pretty Reckless’ “Who You Selling For” should sell 20-23,000 and 19-22,000 pure US albums, respectively.
The current pure sales projection is 14,500-17,500 for Leonard Cohen’s “You Want It Darker.”
Sales projections for Jimmy Eat World’s “Integrity Blues” and Joe Budden’s “Rage & The Machine” were not available at press time.
It should be noted that the early sales projections have been low in recent weeks, so it is possible several of these figures will be adjusted up in the coming days. Keep checking Headline Planet for updated sales projections.
