Ratings: “Mr. Robot” Climbs For Season Finale; “Falling Water” Debuts

While it did not bounce back to season one levels, the second season “Mr. Robot” finale did enjoy week-to-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s episode drew a 0.39 adults 18-49 rating and 852,000 total viewers. The numbers top the 0.32 rating and 686,000 audience figure garnered last week.

Last week’s episode, it is worth noting, received lead-in support from the “Suits” summer finale.

Wednesday’s “Mr. Robot” was actually the highest rated and most watched episode since the second season premiere.

— The “Mr. Robot” finale led into a “preview” airing of the “Falling Water” pilot. Airing from 10:55-11:51, the commercial-free broadcast posted a 0.16 rating and 467,000 in total viewership.

The numbers are soft, but it is unclear how much emphasis USA will place on numbers for a preview that aired at 11PM with modest lead-in support.

“Falling Water” makes its proper premiere on October 13.
