As it moves into the Top 5 at pop radio and Top 15 at rhythmic radio, The Chainsmokers’ smash “Closer (featuring Halsey)” earns a Top 25 position on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary chart.

Spun ~1,396 times during the September 4-10 tracking period (+433), “Closer” jumps to #21 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC listing.

“Closer” is the week’s lone addition to the Top 25. The Top 30 also welcomes one addition.

Blue October’s “Home,” that song, enjoys a two-place gain to #30. It received ~650 weekly spins (+103). This interestingly marks the song’s eighteenth week on the chart.
