Chainsmokers & Halsey’s “Closer” Stays #1 In Australia; Calum Scott Joins Top 3

The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey),” which recently went double platinum in Australia, continues to rule the nation’s singles chart.

The global smash spends a fifth week at #1 on the ARIA Australian Top 50. Its Australian reign continues as it also continues its dominance in nations like the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Like it did last week, DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber)” grabs the #2 position.

Calum Scott’s “Dancing On My Own” rises seven places to #3, while twenty one pilots’ “Heathens” (#4, -1) and Major Lazer’s “Cold Water (featuring Justin Bieber & MØ)” (#5, 2) complete the Top 5.
