Ratings: “Mr. Robot,” “Suits” Post Gains This Week

The adults 18-49 and total viewership numbers for Wednesday’s “Mr. Robot” pale in comparison to those drawn throughout the first season, but they top those posted by last week’s episode.

Lead-in “Suits” also enjoyed week-to-week gains in both columns.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s “Mr. Robot” drew a 0.25 adults 18-49 rating and 652,000 viewers. Last week’s broadcast drew a 0.22 rating and 572,000 viewers; both marks represented series lows.

Earlier in the night, veteran “Suits” posted a 0.42 in the demo and drew 1.682 million total viewers. The numbers top the 0.39 rating and 1.506 million audience sum posted by the previous broadcast.

Of likely relevance: viewership for this Wednesday’s Olympics coverage was down substantially from that of last week.

Both shows have been renewed for next season.
