Ratings: “Mr. Robot” Sets New Demo Low, “Suits” Holds Steady; Both Rise In Viewers

Unlike the past two episodes, Wednesday’s “Mr. Robot” did not face opposition from a presidential convention speech.

It still suffered a week-to-week loss in adults 18-49. And while the episode did outperform last week in total viewership, the audience total was markedly worse than anything drawn in season one.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s “Mr. Robot” drew a 0.24 adults 18-49 rating and 705,000 total viewers. Down from last week’s 0.26 rating, the 0.24 rating represents a new series low.

The viewership figure, on the other hand, bests the 637,000 figure drawn by last week’s episode. It nonetheless still underscores the year’s live+same-day decline; no first season episode drew fewer than 1.15 million total viewers.

“Mr. Robot” led out of “Suits,” which drew a 0.54 adults 18-49 rating and 1.812 million total viewers. Last week’s broadcast drew the same 0.54 rating but a total audience of 1.778 million.
