Hunter Hayes’ Self-Titled Album Reaches 2X Platinum In The United States

Hunter Hayes’ self-titled, major label debut album has definitely proven to be “Wanted” by American music fans.

On July 20, the hit album officially crossed the double platinum threshold in the United States.

The certification confirms a US unit total of 2 million. One unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

Hunter Hayes spawned the aforementioned hit “Wanted,” which is 4x platinum in the United States. It also features the platinum-certified hit “Somebody’s Heartbreak” and gold-certified singles “Everybody’s Got Somebody But Me” and “Storm Warning.”
