Grouplove’s “Welcome To Your Life” Ranks As Alternative Radio’s Most Added Song

Grouplove’s new single “Welcome To Your Life” predictably claims the top spot on this week’s alternative radio add board.

“Welcome To Your Life” was added by 24 Mediabase-monitored alternative stations this week; the count more than doubles that of the week’s next-most added song.

Weathers’ “Happy Pills,” that song, received pickups from another 11 stations this week. The Struts’ “Put Your Money On Me” follows with 8 adds, while Prophets Of Rage’s “Prophets Of Rage” lands in fourth place with 6 adds.

Coldplay’s “Up&Up” takes fifth place on the strength of its 5 weekly adds.

With 4 adds each, COIN’s “Talk Too Much,” Glass Animals’ “Life Itself,” Kungs & Cookin’ On 3 Burners’ “This Girl,” Local Natives’ “Fountain Of Youth,” The Naked And Famous’ “Higher,” and The 1975’s “Somebody Else” tie for sixth-most added.
