Blink-182’s “Bored To Death” Extends Alternative Radio Reign To Four Weeks

The reign continues for Blink-182’s “Bored To Death,” which tops Mediabase’s alternative airplay chart for a fourth consecutive week.

“Bored” tops this week’s listing courtesy a tracking period spin count of ~3,179. Attained during the July 10-16 tracking week, the tally tops last week’s mark by 71 and keeps “Bored To Death” ahead of the pack.

The closest competition again comes from Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Dark Necessities.” The lead “The Getaway” single received ~2,953 weekly spins (+87).

Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go” holds at #3 with ~2,705 spins (+23), while Fitz And The Tantrums’ rises a spot to #4 on the strength of ~2,467 spins (+8).

Down one spot, The Lumineers’ “Ophelia” is #5 on this week’s chart. The former multi-week #1 garnered ~2,456 weekly spins (-159).
