“Greatest Hits” Hosts Kelsea Ballerini, Arsenio Hall Scheduled for “The Chew”

ABC will air two original editions of “The Chew” this coming week.

One will feature “Greatest Hits” co-hosts Kelsea Ballerini and Arsenio Hall.

The network confirms that they will appear on the Wednesday, July 6 “The Chew.” The pair will join Clinton Kelly to make “Slow Cooker Asian BBQ Chicken Sammies.”

Monday, July 4 – “July 4th Cookout” – Wendy Williams (“Wendy Williams Show”) joins Michael Symon to make the ultimate dish—the Mother Of All Dogs (MOAD) – and plays Food Pyramid with Daphne Oz. NASCAR racer A.J. Allmendinger makes Finish Line Meatloaf with Carla Hall. Clinton Kelly pairs Bloody Mary Sliders and Blueberry Pucker. (OAD: 7/2/15)

Tuesday, July 5 – “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!” – In an all-new show, funny man Bobby Moynihan (“The Secret Life of Pets”) joins Mario Batali in the kitchen for chicken burritos, and hilarity ensues. The co-hosts team up to make Spatchcock Coconut Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa.
 
Wednesday, July 6 – “Chicken Around the World” – It’s an original episode filled with laughter when Arsenio Hall and Kelsea Ballerini of ABC’s “Greatest Hits” join Clinton Kelly to make Slow Cooker Asian BBQ Chicken Sammies. Carla Hall repurposes leftovers into delicious Chicken and Mashed Potato Samosas. The co-hosts taste some of the most delicious chicken dishes suggested by viewers in #Youonthechew Chicken Tastings.

Thursday, July 7 – “Dynamo Dinners” – The lovely Kate Hudson talks about her new book, “Pretty Happy,” and her movie, “Mother’s Day,” while cooking up a Sunshine Bowl with Clinton Kelly. Mario Batali shows Anderson Cooper how to make Spaghetti with Ramps while Anderson tells all about his new book and documentary, “Nothing Left Unsaid.” Michael Symon takes “The Chew”’s cameras behind the scenes at the opening of his new restaurant in Cleveland, Mabel’s. Friday, July 8 – “Backyard Brunch” – Michael Strahan (ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “$100,000 Pyramid”) teams with Mario Batali to make Eggs in Purgatory. Patricia Heaton (ABC’s “The Middle”) talks about her new cooking show, “Patricia Heaton Parties,” with Michael Symon and makes Muffin Tin Eggs Benedict with Easy Hollandaise. (OAD: 6/9/16)
