Ruth B’s “Lost Boy” and Adele’s “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” are on track to officially reach the Top 10 of Mediabase’s Hot AC airplay chart.
The former received 2,124 spins during the first four days of the June 5-11 tracking week. Up 12.2% from the count at this point last week, the tally earns “Lost Boy” #8 on Mediabase’s building chart.
“Send My Love” is currently #10 on building with 2,075 spins (+27.1%).
Neither should have trouble retaining a Top 10 position through the close of tracking. The Adele song may actually move higher before the week ends; it has a good chance of leapfrogging Charlie Puth’s declining “One Call Away,” which is #9 on building. It may even catch up to “Lost Boy.”
“Lost Boy” and “Send My Love” were #11 and #13, respectively, on this past week’s Hot AC chart.
