OneRepublic’s “Wherever I Go” Repeats As Hot AC Radio’s Most Added Song

OneRepublic’s “Wherever I Go,” which topped last week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary radio add board, achieves the same feat this week.

The single was added by another 27 Mediabase-monitored Hot AC stations this week. The count more than doubles that of the next-most added song.

The news comes as “Wherever I Go” works toward a Top 20 position on the official Mediabase airplay chart. It was up to #21 this past week, which marked only its second week (and first full week) on the listing.

Picked up by 13 stations this week, Meghan Trainor’s “Me Too” ranks as second-most added. Adele’s “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” and Charlie Puth’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore (featuring Selena Gomez)” follow in a tie for third-most added; each was picked up by 12 Hot AC stations this week.

An add count of 9 slots Coldplay’s “Hymn For The Weekend (featuring Beyonce)” in fifth place on the weekly add board.

This week’s other notable Hot AC radio options: Gwen Stefani’s “Misery” (7 adds, 6th, tie), Ingrid Michaelson’s “Hell No” (7 adds, 6th, tie), Sia’s “Cheap Thrills (featuring Sean Paul)” (7 adds, 6th, tie), The Strumbellas’ “Spirits” (7 adds, 6th, tie), and Calvin Harris’ “This Is What You Came For (featuring Rihanna)” (6 adds, 10th).
