The 2016 Billboard Music Awards ceremony begins in 90 minutes, and celebrities are beginning to walk the red carpet.
Recent arrivals include Laura Marano, Rachel Platten, and Troye Sivan.
Sivan will be performing as this year’s “Kia’s One To Watch.” He’ll have big shoes to fill in the position; last year’s “One To Watch” Tori Kelly utterly stole the show.
