One icon will honor another at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, as Madonna is set to pay tribute to the late Prince.
A dick clark productions press release confirmed the tribute, but it did not clarify what it will entail.
Set to air at 8PM on May 22, the ABC-broadcast Billboard Music Awards will be co-hosted by Ludacris and Ciara. Confirmed performers include Fifth Harmony, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, DNCE, The Go-Go’s, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, P!nk, Britney Spears, Troye Sivan, Nick Jonas and Tove Lo.
