AMC’s “Fear The Walking Dead” Ratings Rise Slightly This Week

While it did not bounce all the way back to the level of its first two second season episodes — let alone to the level of its first season episodes — Sunday’s “Fear The Walking Dead” did outperform the previous week’s broadcast.

According to national data posted by Showbuzz, “Fear” drew a 2.15 adults 18-49 rating and 4.80 million total live+same-day viewers.

The previous week’s broadcast drew a 2.12 and 4.73 million.

“Fear The Walking Dead” again battled HBO’s “Game Of Thrones” in the 9PM timeslot. That series, again, marked the only Sunday show to beat “FTWD” in adults 18-49. It was again the only the cable show to beat “FTWD” in total viewers.

“Fear The Walking Dead” has fallen substantially from its first season levels — all episodes drew well over a 3 in the demo and 6 million in total viewers — but remains a hit by any reasonable cable standard.
