DNCE [ABC]
The band’s “Cake By The Ocean” is being used in commercials for the broadcast.
It should come as no surprise, therefore, that DNCE will be performing at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
Dick Clark Productions announced the performance in a press release Monday morning.
The release also confirms performances by Shawn Mendes and The Go-Go’s. The latter act will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of “We Got The Beat” and hyping the upcoming farewell tour.
The three acts join the previously confirmed P!nk on the bill.
Set to be co-hosted by Ludacris and Ciara, ABC’s broadcast of the 2016 BBMA ceremony airs at 8PM ET on May 22.
