Chris Stapleton’s Next Single “Parachute” Impacts Country Radio on May 2

With “Nobody To Blame” now recurrent on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and stalled on the Mediabase country radio singles listing, Mercury Nashville will shift attention to the next radio single from Chris Stapleton’s award-winning “Traveller.”

“Parachute” is that single.

Mercury confirmed the news Monday, noting that it will formally go for country radio adds on May 2.

Stapleton notably performed the song during his January appearance on “Saturday Night Live.”

The aforementioned “Nobody To Blame” peaked at #10 on the Mediabase and Billboard country radio charts.
