Kenny Chesney’s “Noise” Erupts As Country Radio’s Most Added Song

Instant launch support from the iHeartMedia network and the ample buzz befitting a superstar’s new lead single combine to earn Kenny Chesney’s “Noise” the top spot on this week’s country radio add board.

“Noise” received adds from a whopping 138 Mediabase-monitored stations in conjunction with this week’s impact. Reflective of the song’s resounding initial support, the count more than quadruples that posted by the week’s next-most added song.

Randy Houser’s “Song Number 7,” that song, was added by 33 monitored country stations this week.

Kelsea Ballerini’s “Peter Pan,” which topped last week’s add board, takes third place this week. It scored another 23 pickups.

A weekly add count of 15 earns Drake White’s “Livin’ The Dream” fourth place; Jake Owen’s “American Country Love Song” takes fifth with 14 adds.

This week’s other notable country radio options: Sam Hunt’s “Make You Miss Me” (13 adds, 6th, tie), Tucker Beathard’s “Rock On” (13 adds, 6th, tie), Cam’s “Mayday” (11 adds, 8th, tie), Justin Moore’s “You Look Like I Need A Drink” (11 adds, 8th, tie), Jana Kramer’s “Said No One Ever” (9 adds, 10th, tie), and Luke Bryan’s “Huntin’, Fishin’ And Lovin’ Every Day” (9 adds, 10th, tie).
