Days prior to the midseason premiere, ABC has ordered a second season of drama “Quantico.”
In addition to posting competitive (albeit unspectacular) numbers on a live+same-day basis, “Quantico” has consistently received huge boosts from time-shifted viewership. It has also amassed admirable levels of buzz, fan passion, and brand cachet.
“Quantico” was one of several ABC series to receive a renewal order this week. The network has also given the greenlight to a sixth season of “Once Upon A Time,” a fourth season of “The Goldbergs,” and a third season of “Fresh Off The Boat.”
