Ratings: Peak Grammys Portion Featured Little Big Town, Eagles, Tori Kelly & James Bay,

Last year, the 8:30-9PM half hour was the highest-rated and most-watched portion of the Grammy Awards broadcast.

This year, those honors belonged to the 9PM-9:30PM half-hour.

Inclusive of Little Big Town’s performance, the Pentatonix/Stevie Wonder moment, the Song Of The Year award reveal, the Eagles tribute, Tori Kelly and James Bay’s performance and the beginning of the “Hamilton” segment, the 9PM half-hour drew a show-leading 8.7 adults 18-49 rating and 28.756 million total viewers.

Featuring the balance of the “Hamilton” performance, Kendrick Lamar’s performance, the award for best musical theater album, Gwen Stefani’s live video, Miguel’s Michael Jackson tribute, the award for Best Rock Performance, and the beginning of Adele’s performance, the 9:30-10PM half-hour was #2 in both columns. It drew an 8.4 rating and 27.005 million total viewers.

10-10:30PM – 8.1 in A18-49 (#3), 25.820 million (#4): Adele’s performance, Justin Bieber/Skrillex/Diplo’s performance, Best New Artist, Lady Gaga’s David Bowie tribute

8:30-9PM – 8.0 in A18-49 (#4), 26.519 million (#3): Andra Day/Ellie Goulding’s performance, Best Country Album, Lionel Richie tribute

8:00-8:30PM – 7.1 in A18-49 (#5), 24.653 million (#5): Taylor Swift’s performance, Best Rap Album, Carrie Underwood & Sam Hunt’s performance, The Weeknd’s performance

10:30-11PM – 7.0 in A18-49 (#6), 22.367 million (#6): BB King tribute, Alabama Shakes’ performance, The Hollywood Vampires’ performance

11-11:30PM – 6.6 in A18-49 (#7), 19.537 million (#7): Joey Alexander’s performance, In Memoriam segment, Album of The Year, Record Of The Year, Pitbull/Joe Perry/Robin Thicke/Travis Barker’s performance
