This week, it will earn a Top 10 position at the hot adult contemporary format.
Spun 2,500 times during the first four days of the February 7-13 tracking week (a count that bests last week’s mark by 7.7%), “Same Old Love” is #10 on Mediabase’s building chart.
Absent an imminent threat from below, it will have no trouble retaining its position through the close of tracking. It may even overtake Elle King’s fading former #1 “Ex’s And Oh’s,” which is #9 on the building chart with 2,589 spins (-4.5%).
