Ratings: “Billions” Falls Facing Super Bowl, “Shameless” Way Down

Positioned against the Super Bowl and post game show, Showtime’s “Billions” predictably suffered week-to-week losses.

Sunday’s episode drew a 0.25 adults 18-49 rating and 851,000 total viewers. The numbers trail the 0.37 rating and 1.282 million total viewers drawn by last week’s episode.

The viewership tally was actually – but, again, predictably – the lowest recorded by “Billions,” which has aired four episodes.

Lead-in “Shameless,” which exclusively faced the game itself, endured an even steeper week-to-week decline. Down from last week’s 0.68 rating and 1.704 million viewership mark, Sunday’s episode drew a 0.47 in the demo and 1.157 million total viewers.
