Tori Kelly’s “Something Beautiful” Debuts With 7.9K US Sales; “Unbreakable Smile” Up 251%

“Something Beautiful,” a track featured on the re-issue of Tori Kelly’s “Unbreakable Smile,” was one of the week’s 150 best-selling singles.

According to Nielsen Music, “Something Beautiful” sold 7,863 US copies during the January 29-February 4 tracking week, which marked its inaugural frame of availability. The song ranks at #145 on the Nielsen Digital Songs chart (Billboard’s chart only includes the Top 50 songs).

“Something Beautiful” is one of two Tori Kelly songs within the Top 150. Radio single “Hollow,” which also appears on the re-issue, takes #128 on the strength of 9,119 sales. It has sold 171,297 to date.

— As far as the album goes, the re-issue resulted in a significant week-to-week increase.

“Unbreakable Smile,” which re-enters the Billboard 200 at #42, shifted 12,334 total consumption units during the official tracking week. A combination of album sales, Track Equivalent Albums (tracks/10) and Streaming Equivalent Albums (streams/1500), the total bests last week’s unit count by a whopping 251%.

6,781 units came from pure weekly sales.

Kelly is up for the Best New Artist award at the 2016 Grammys.
