Twenty One Pilots’ “Stressed Out” Reaches #2 on iTunes Sales Chart; Justin Bieber Still Leads

This past Monday, Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” overtook Adele’s “Hello” on the US iTunes sales chart. It has spent the past few days maintaining a clear lead, in the process becoming the first non-“The Voice” track to develop such an advantage over “Hello.”

Thursday, a second song leapfrogged Adele’s smash.

twenty one pilots’ “Stressed Out,” which has been accumulating significant momentum over the past month, now holds #2 on the iTunes listing. Adele’s “Hello” is #3.

Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” follows at #4, while Rachel Platten’s “Stand By You,” fueled by some recent promotional performances, the release of her new album, and growing overall enthusiasm for the song, is #5.

The Chainsmokers’ sleeper hit “Roses (featuring ROZES)” is #6, while Flo Rida’s “My House” (#7), Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “I Know What You Did Last Summer” (#8), Thomas Rhett’s “Die A Happy Man” (#9), and Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” (#10) round out the Top 10.
