Over the past two weeks, Selena Gomez has shared teaser footage from her “Hands To Myself” video.
Given that the clips featured Gomez in lingerie — and seemed to indicate that one of the most popular songs from her “Revival” album was slated as an official single — they sparked tremendous anticipation in the full video.
As of Monday, that full video is now available to view.
The video, which includes product placement for the Beats Pill +, emerges in advance of a planned radio push for the song. With the radio add boards officially closed for the year and previous single “Same Old Love” still rising, the push will likely begin in early 2016.
As part of what appears to be an ongoing partnership, the video premiered on Apple Music rather than Vevo/YouTube. Billboard recently confirmed that it started receiving data regarding Apple Music video streams, so views will contribute to the song’s position on the Hot 100.
